Brown Advisory is actively seeking an Institutional Product Analyst to join the Institutional business product team which is responsible for administration, management and oversight of the vehicles leveraged to deliver investment strategies to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who have garnered experience within the asset management industry, especially in administration, accounting and/or product management related to Mutual Funds, Collective Investment Trusts, Exchange Traded Funds and separately managed accounts.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in bolstering our investment platform via the expansion of our commercial vehicles. The role supports various Boards of Directors and works with a number of third-party administrators and vendors that serve our business. We understand the importance of equipping our team with the tools they need to succeed, which is why we offer comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you are well-prepared to meet the challenges of the role.
As an Institutional Product Analyst, you will be expected to exhibit a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, whether they involve handling complex financial data or engaging with client inquiries. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential in anticipating the needs of the business and offering timely solutions. Moreover, your flexibility will be key in adapting to the evolving demands of the marketplace and the varied needs of our diverse client base.

Salary: $85-$125k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
